Radical Jewelry Makeover returned to central Virginia, with a donation drive that ended on September 20th, 2024. Meta}L{morphosis captures the fleeting nature of personal belongings while harnessing metal’s transformative potential to explore concepts of permanence and consumption. Crafted from donated materials and activated by the creativity of Radical Jewelry Makeover participants, these works are reborn with new purpose. Once neglected or forgotten, these jewelry objects have been reimagined to find relevance in the present.
